Frequently Asked Questions

Postage  times

Some of my designs are kept in stock whilst others will need time to be made and sent away for hallmarking. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for this.

Returning or exchanging your items

I really hope that you will love your jewellery as much as I enjoy making it. However if for whatever reason you would like to return it, I accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Jewellery must be returned unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Postage will not be refunded unless there is a fault with the jewellery.

Bespoke commissions

Please get in touch if you would like to commission alterations to existing designs, or if you have something specific in mind.

Ring sizing

Ring size is best determined by visiting a local jewellers to have your measurements done. All of my rings use UK sizing, and rings with wider bands will fit tighter than a thin band.

Hallmarking

All pieces over 7.8 grams will be fully hallmarked by the London Assay Office and will include my own personal hallmark. If you would like to know more about hallmarking, or request for an item to be hallmarked please do get in touch.

How to look after your jewellery

Sterling silver will tarnish over time, so it is best to keep it shining with a silver polishing cloth. Avoid wearing your jewellery in the shower or in water, as this will speed up tarnish. Take off your jewellery when applying body products, perfumes and soaps. Semi precious stones can be cleaned gently with warm soapy water, unless they are porous or soft. Soft stones include Opal, Pearl, Shell, Turquoise, Ammonite and other fossils.
